He does not represent FAT and this event does not exist and is fake.
9FAT016 has been spotting as 130FAT/DX when Peter has only called as 130NI195. He has only called as 130SP001 otherwise.

Allegedly , Abe 43SP001 informed FAT some years ago that Peter would do an activation , so in good faith FAT printed 500 QSLs ready for the activation . Nothing happened . Peter has recently said he will do an activation for FAT but he said to me he would prefer to start when he has prop for EU . Whats confusing to me is where the dates on this website came from . If they are incorrect , fair enough . Peter indicated to me on the air that he will do an activation for 500 progs. What threw me is the dates on the website which suggest he is active and available to take calls as 130FAT/DX . It sounds as if this is not the case . I dont know where those dates came from . All I know is Peter has said he will do the activation , and he kindly gave me Prog 001 . If he has changed his mind then thats his prerogative .
