Already 13 divisions will be in attendance.
There are 42 rooms in the hotel so it will be first come first served.
I do advise you to book your rooms as soon as possible and send a
deposit to secure your booking.
You need to send a deposit of £20.00 per room per night to secure

Send it by registered mail with how many rooms and persons staying
you Require NO rooms will be reserved without any deposit so book now.
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am (so you can have a lie in :-)
Check out the web site for facilities; indoor heated swimming pool
and Sauna.
Nearest Airports: Liverpool and Manchester
From; Spain, France, Holland, Germany, Belgium and most of Europe
either Ryan Air or Easy Jet has good deals available.
You will be collected to and from the airports, please try to arrange
flights around either midday or 4pm on the Friday as we will have
transport waiting to collect you this will save too many journeys
back and to the airports.
If you are traveling by car please request if you wish directions,
you can arrive at any time and if you arrive in the early hours of
the morning tea and coffee will be arranged on arrival, the reception
is manned 24 hours a day.
If you want to come in a mobile home you may do and park up at the
hotel free of charge, if you want to have breakfast at the hotel if
you are a non resident there is a charge of £10.00.
We are sorry but there are no camping facilities at or near the hotel.

Friday evening 18th:
Meet and greet
Live entertainment from 8.30pm till 10.30pm (Gary Murphy) Bar meals
available from 7pm till 9.30pm prices from £5.95 up to £12.95.
Bar Closes when we all fall asleep :-)
Saturday 19th
10am official opening of the meeting in the Delyn Suite, meeting
gifts and Signing in.
11am Coach Trip (Destination to be decided) The coach will collect
you from the hotel and drop you off at a meeting point and collect
you at approximately 5.00pm from the same drop off point to return to
the hotel for around 6.00pm.
7.00pm: Meet in the main hall the Kendrick Suite
7.15: Presentation / Speeches / Raffle ticket Sales
7.45pm: 3 course Silver service meal with a choice of 3 starters,
main course and sweet with red and white wine included.
Choose from:
Starters: Home made vegetable soup, Prawn cocktail or Fan of Melon.
Main Course: roast beef, roast chicken or a pasta dish
Sweet- Home Made Apple Pie, Mango Delice or Cheesecake.
And bottle of Red and White wine per table and Tea / Coffee to finish.
8.45pm till 1am: Fun and Games begin one of if not the best DJ in
Wales (star sounds entertainment) Kevin with the Game shows and
disco / cabaret You may remember this guy from the last Welsh meeting
when Sheena won her self an Akai home entertainment centre worth
£500, you could however win yourself a Brand new Car and that's a
real one not a toy.
And not only that we have more live entertainment (Gary Murphy a
great solo singer Guitarist)and after Gary back to Kevin our DJ to
finish off the night with some good tunes.
Then we vacate the main room back to the bar till we all drop, sounds
good yes :-)
Sunday 20th: Breakfast 8.00 till 10am (if you can get out of bed)
10.30am in the Delyn Suite for a chat and some headache tablets and
lots of coffee Lol, and the goodbyes for those leaving in the morning.
You can stay on for Sunday lunch if you wish at an extra cost before
leaving and if you are staying on for an extra few days to soak in
the beauty of North Wales with or without the kids there is plenty to
do and see in Wales that will keep all the family happy.
>From the meeting place it is only a 1/2 hour drive to the north Wales
coast- 20 minute's from the Roman City of Chester -1/2 hour from the
Blue planet underwater adventure in Elsmere port- 40 minute's from
the Castles in Conway and Caernarvon and 3/4 hour drive from the most
visited place in Wales (The Snowdonia National Park) there is so much
to do and see for all the Family why not make the trip a Holiday and
not just a weekend.
Now you ask how much is all this great entertainment and meal going
to cost well you have two options:
1. All in including meeting, entertainment, coach trip and main 3
course meal will cost you £28.50
2. Everything except the main 3 course meal will cost you £12.00
For those of you who have been before will know you will have a great
time and for those who have not been to the Welsh Meeting before ask
those who have then come and join us.
This meeting is open to all groups and it is a social fun meeting not
a Political one, there is no time wasted talking rubbish and politics
it is a Meeting to meet friends drink and be happy and a meeting that
will entertain you and all your family.
