The Sugar Delta World Contest2004
will take part the the weekends 18-19
and 25-26, from 12.00 Sat to 12.00
Sunday
The contest will be open to all de eleven
meters groups.

1.- PARTICIPATIONS AND ENTRANCE.
Open to all, whatever the group.
All SD Members are invited to participate. The entrance fee for the contest
is included in the renewal, so it's not necessary to send money or request
to participate.
2.- DATE - DURATION:
The Contest will start at 12 GMT midday on Saturday and
finish at 12 GMT midday Sunday (Please note times are GMT and contest
wil
last a total 48 hrs).
The World Contest will be divided into two parts (each of duration of
24hrs)
The first part will begin on September18th 2004 and will end on September
19th 2004.
The second part will begin on September 25th 2004 and will end on September
26th 2004.
3.- SCORE:
Score will be 1 point for each contact. The total will be
multiplied by the number of worked countries.
4.- LOGS AND PROGRESSIVE:
All QSO's must be registered in progressive number
received and passed on the official SD Log. The logs have to be received
by
the Contest Manager no later than 28-02-200.
The official SD log is available in the SD web site (www.sugar-delta.org)
in
the Downloads section and also If you write to contesmanager@wanadoo.es
or
to 30 SD 018 Martin P.0.Box 72, 11130 Chiclana Cadiz Spain
5.- RESTRICTIONS:
This year it will be valid to make contacts between
stations of the same country (DXCC).
6.- RADIO STATIONS:
Radio Stations can be "Single Operator" or
"Multi-operator" (no more than three operators). "multi-operator"
must use
only one call-sign with separation and "Multi" (Example 399SD101/Multi)
and
are classified separately from single operator stations.
7.- FINAL RESULTS:
They will be on SD Website, on all SD Forums, and will be sent to the
SD
Magazine Editors and Co-Ordinators.
8.-
We will wait also the logs of non SD members who participated in the
World Contest. The rules will be: They must send their logs to the Contest
Manager 1 point for each contact, No score for countries worked.
9.- PRIZE GIVING:
The first three positions as "Single Operator" and
"Multi-operator" will be given a prize personally during the
World Meeting
2005. If it is not possible to be present, the prize can be presented
to a
delegate.
