Hello,
I had big trouble getting my QSL for 138AT/DX.
I sent the QSL of with 1 dollar in October 2004 two days after the activation. I did not hear anything then from Antonello for many months. I finally send him an e-mail in July 2005 asking him about my QSL and another one I had sent him in February 2005 for a QSO with 12AT107 Roberto- he is his QSL manager. Antonello told me after a week that he never received any of my QSLs. He offered me in an other email to send me a card for free if I sent him the details by e-mail. But I had sent him already two other QSLs including 2 dollars before his second e-mail arrived. This time I got my QSL for 138AT/DX within a week. However he did not sent me the card for the operator in Uruguy-it should have been in the same envelope. I sent him since three emails asking about my card for the operator in Uruguay- but Antonello never replied since ...
So to get my QSLs for 138 and 12 I had to pay 4 dollars and sent 4 cards.
I only got one card back- a lot of money, a lot of work and little outcome.
Antonello told me that he has postal trouble with his incoming letters- but why does he not answer e-mails anymore ?
The whole thing is a bit fishy to me...
Send Antonello an email- you find the email in the cluster. He might answer you...

I sent the letter Qsl the day 02-11-04 and her received the 06-02-05.
