i did send 1 envelop with 2 qsl s and 2 dollars contribution
if i remember well it was an adress in the Ukrain
i received both qsl s about half a year later
if u need it maybe i can look back for the adress

I sent evenlope 3 times.The first was only 1usd,because I havent info about double contrib.Second was sent with 2usd from Slovakia.Third I sent with 2usd from Ukraina (10km) from my QTH.Still nothing.I think it is better go to Rivne "Hi" (about 100km from my QTH)Also I tried email contact,but nothing answer.
I drink deep a cup of cold water for this...

Thanks Tom for your story, it seems some have received this QSL with no problem and some have not, and with no reply from the club on this, for us that have not received it in the future we will be aware of the URA call sign and the $2 contribution or more next time!!
