Hi all

On 12/2 I was listening radio . I did get a hint to listen on 27.520. There you will find 144 AT/DX....I did go and to my suprise I heard a very small vioce.. 144 AT/DX did go split 27.510 for 19 Div..I was on freq with lots of 19 div calls. One of them said make you call Monique..And suprise suprise I did get a repl. on the Freq From Mr. Steve....I had a great smile on my face...Because many years 144 Div was in my dead zone...He siad I can listen you well you prognr is #353..He did send me later that evening a email to confirm my Prognr.I wrote him back with "YOU MADE MY DAY!!!!"
144 Div was my first long distance call this year.

Today was the last day that he has called from 144 Div. I hope he lots of fun and I hope he will come save back home.

So this was a succes story from a small Station with "PASSION"

Congratulations Monique!...That was really a nice contact. Lucky you as Steven was coming in here very low and hardly readable...Got it confirmed before so I left the chance for others whom not. 73!

Hi all

If wonders exist . I don't know . But a few days ago again a suprise for my logbook. Was just scanning on my radio and I stop on 27.535. And what did I hear Surprised

153 RC/dx. I got not belive my ears. So I though if I can work 144 div. why not 153 div. I called and called. I heard far away 002 you're in the log.I had lots of QRM on the freq from Russia. So it was not easy to listen I though was that me . I didn't know . So I went to cluster if some of the other guys did hear correct what he said.Nobody got help me. Idea

So 2 days later I wrote the QSLm a email(because I wanted to be shure if I was in the log) to ask if he maybe know if I was in log . And suprise suprise he found in the log 19 ?T002.I wrote the QSLm back and I wrote that can only be my callsign. So again I got a new one on the way 153 RC/DX.

So again a happy lady on the radio. Thanks RC group .

Hi Girls & Guys

The last couple of days we have strange props going on.I like those strange props. Even the props are not strong Europe is coming back again. This means Summerprops. After listening for 3 months of Zzzzzzzzzz its nice to hear Europe again. This evening 27/4 I had my first short skip(29 Div) contact.Only a pitty it for a few seconds. He was 29 DC 555 and his name was David . I know he did get my name but after that he was gone.It was a great moment to be again on the radio. In a couple of week May 8 I have OD contest and I hope the props will help we. Try to listen the little vioce of 19 Div with her call 19 OD 002 and you all we make my day.Also I hope my neighbours shut there mouth then I can do the contest. Well gilrs and guys lets hope for good summer props with Europe so we all can make nice contacts.Its great to have you back all on my freq.

Hi Guys

Dx is bad from South Africa to Europe at the moment but we get our brakes where propegation just causes all hell. Even if it is just 5 min. I was active last week with 44RK/DX the whole day and only worked 21 stations. 21 Stations in 15 minutes after calling the entire day.

Exteamly strange propegation! We will just have to wait for better DX!

Thats a great passion storie.You see even in 5 min you can make yourself happy.I hope you have good luck this weekend. Have to tell you I never confirmed 44 div. But you will never know sometimes there will be a day that I can confirm also that div. Very Happy

Hi Monque

I can't believe that you don't have Div44 confirmed. I do an activation to a Dutch group Radio Kilowatt and we had real nice long QSO's not so long ago. I am sure that if you give me a shout on 27.580 this weekend that we can have a QSO and then you can get it confirmed!

Hi all

Yesterday my OD contest started ,but it was one bigg Flop for me this weekend. But the good thing of it all was that I have worked 7 IPF stations of SD. I had already 3 IPF in my log . So now my totale is 10 stations.I'll try to get more in my log . We can call till the end of December 2005. So we all have time enought to call for all stations.(btw ST has also a IPF see http://www.od-holland.org for more info and also here at DXhunter)Hihihih It really was strange nobody listened for my OD call sign ,but when I called on the freq at the IPF station were with my 19 ST002 call Bingo. Very Happy

Today started with a lot of zzzzzzzzzzz . Couldn't even do my OD contest today. But after 15:00 local time I heard again vioces on my radio. Wooow there was Auora. I only SWL the whole time . For people south of Europe who doesn't know what this sounds is. Its like we have donald duck vioce on the freq. Its really funny to listen.I heard also the south west of my country loud and clear.I heard also North europe very loud and clear but with the DD vioce Very Happy

After all my weekend did end well. No complains about it at all. It was fun ,great ,made new friends and that important of a passion.

This really means summer props are opening and in a few weeks we can time by time have contact with europe.

Well this agian my passion story for this weekend more will follow . I hope you all enjoy my story.
