orders are reprinted and have already arrived in a delivery
service. All at our expense, of course. I apologize for

!!! 29/03/2007 Due to an astronomical amount of spam
emails received by us, which seriously affects our day to day
work with your QSL cards, quadrat.ru email server activated a
very restrictive spam filter.
As less than 1% of spam is received from .ru,
from now on only .ru emails will be reaching my email box
directly. Others, including .com, .net, .org, will be
rigorously checked by the filter.
Therefore, if you email servers is hosted
outside of the .ru zone, please send your emails to my main
address and CC it to
. Once this is done, your email address will be added to the
"white list" and no filtering will be applied to your
correspondence. |
07/11/2006"We start to send QSL cards of R7C
station (printed by UA1OMS QSLprint), which activity is a
part of "The World
Encyclopedia of Travel" project. At first - QSL will be
sent by direct, then via buro.

| 26/09/2005Attention! Due to an
unprecidented increase in international postage fares in
Russia, the cost of registered airmail delivery of 1000 QSL
abroad increases from 20 to 45 USD (more than twice!). As a
result, we have no choice but to remove one and two color
QSL cards from our offering to foreing customers. The
cost of 1000 full colour QSLs will be increased on 14 USD
per 1000 pcs quote. It is a hefty blow to our business
and we appologize for any inconvenience. Despite these
unfortunate changes that are beyond our control, we will
continue to provide first class service and hope that you
will remain our loyal and satisfied customers. |
